User Scenarios:

Every attendee, who signed up for your event and validated his / her email address, has access to the Attendee Dashboard.


We give you a brief overview of the Attendee Dashboard.


We only explain how an attendee can: Fill in My profile and Search attendees in the attendee list.


My Profile:

Go to My Profile

To get found, attendees need to fill in their Company profile, Personal profile and Account info. See example below.


To fill in his / her Company profile an attendee has to:

  • Click edit at the right-bottom corner
  • Enter Company name, Address, Zip code / City and select Country
  • Fill in Company profile, current projects and achievements
  • Select the right number of Employees
  • Fill in Describe here what you are looking for and what kind of companies you would like to meet
  • Upload Company logo
  • Click save at the left-bottom corner


To fill in his / her personal info (Person to meet) an attendee has to:

  • Enter First name, Last Name and select Salutation
  • Fill in Job title, Mobile number and E-mail (This E-mail address is also the user name an attendee uses to login)
  • Upload Profile image
  • Click save at the left-bottom corner


If an attendee wants to change the password, an attendee has to:

  • Enter New password
  • Enter new password again in the field Retype password
  • Enter Old password
  • Click change password


Attendees:

Go to Attendees


There are 3 different lists; Registered attendees, Favorite Attendees and Last 5 registered attendees. See Example below.



Registered attendees:

Go to Attendees > Registered attendees


Every attendee, who signed up for your event and validated his / her email address, is visible in the Registered attendees list.


Favorite Attendees:

Go to Attendees > Registered attendees > Company details


Attendees can be added to the Favorite Attendee list. See example below.



To add an Attendee to his / her Favorite Attendees List, an attendee has to:

  • Click add to favorites


The attendee is added to the Favorite Attendees List. See example below.



Last 5 registered attendees:

Go to attendees > Last 5 registered attendees


The last 5 registered attendees are show in a separate list.



Search Attendees:

Go to Attendees > Search Attendees


There are 2 ways to find attendees: Search by keyword or advanced search.


Search By keyword:

Go to Attendees > Search Attendees


On all words in the profile can be searched. See example below.

To find an attendee by searching on keyword, you have to:

  • Enter your keywords in the field By Keyword
  • Click search


The filtered list of attendees is shown. See example below.



Advanced search:

Go to Attendees > Advanced Search


In the advanced search window can be searched on company name, Country, number of employees, Deal types, Company activities and what attendees are Looking for.


During the set-up of the event, the event manager created the tags (options to choose) behind the Deal types, Company activities and Looking for. See example below. It is from an event in the Game Industry.


To search on an advanced way, the attendee has to:

  • Enter Company name and / or Country and / or select number of Employees
  • Select 1 or more than 1 of the tags behind Dealtypes, Company activities and / or Looking for


The filtered list of attendees is shown.


Meeting requests:

Meeting requests can be send to attendees, who matched the search criteria.
